On the Job Training at JUSCO is imparted to develop the functional competency of each individual. On the Job Training is not a formal process - during this, a superior guides the officer to develop his skills while at work. There is no formal procedure, or content – a supervisor is assigned to disseminate knowledge. The trainers are selected on the basis of technical expertise or area knowledge and they coach, mentor and instruct as per the needs of the employee.
