Fresh and young minds bring new perspective to work

JUSCO visits different campuses every year, identify capable candidates and recruit them as Graduate Trainees/Management Trainees. All trainees at JUSCO undergo a one-year training program before they are placed in suitable departments. In this one year the trainees undergo various training such as:

• Observational training
• Outdoor leadership programmes
• Computer applications training
• Specific project trainings

All training programmes are designed in such a way that they help in a holistic development of the individuals and make them aware of their strengths and weaknesses.

Mentoring forms an important part of the grooming programme for the trainees. Mentors are appointed for each fresh graduate who guide them, help them gain new perspectives show them perspectives and groom them professionally.
